Hi Nancy, I don't know what type of special needs your 13 year old is faced with but you'll find a lot to do at the Marien itself (pool, ping pong, volleyball, children's club house, dance lessons). Bill or Mike who wears a cowboy hat near the ping pong area, sells excursions. He'll be able to advise you on what would fit the safety requirements, care or any concerns you have. I'm sure you'll have a blast and have plenty to do.
