Documents required by US consulate for fiance visa applicants

Dominican friend asked for help with finding this information, but I don't seem to get anything clear from US consulate website to help her out.

Which documents will US consulate require from fiancé visa applicant here in DR to actually issue her visa, after the application is approved by immigration office in US? Her fiancé made application in US and they are waiting for approval, but she wants to know ahead of time what to expect here afterwards.
