UK visa application

hi everyone
i am currently getting together all the documents i need for my husbands application for permanent uk visa, has anyone got any tips on what to include so far have got-
3 months bank statements
3 months wage slips
letter from employer
letter from bank
tenancy agreement of family house with afadavit from my mother to confirm we can live there indefinately
marriage cert and inextensa
passports/birthcerts
evidence of savings
evidence of relationship eg phone bills , photos

any help would really be appreciated , thanks in advance xx

If no one gets back to you, you might want to send Eridania2710 an email. He recently brought his spouse to the UK. I'm not sure how often he checks the board.
