Default The success of his UK Visa application

He will also need proof of employment in the Dominican Rep as proof that he intends to come back. Much of the success of his UK Visa application isn't dependent upon your paperwork, but rather his responses to any questions at the interview, if the UK Embassy feel it is required.

Good luck because they rejected my husbands application. Luckily, I was already planning on going to live in the DR and hope to be there within the next couple of months.

No after you marry you have to apply for a spouse visa £300 which will last for two years then you pay £750 for indefinite leave to remain!
