How much money should u have in your bank account as a minimum in order to be eligible for a tourist visa for the U.S or Europe ?

Uk its 1000 us$ , Panama too. For Panama you need to have 1000us$ with you or a credit card in your name. For Uk you need to show that the money has been coming and going - ie someone hasn't just stuck 1000 in your account .

There is no set amount and other factors come into play here. If you are young and a student, you have a snowball's chance in hell of getting there on a tourist visa. They approve about 1% of the applications, and generally the younger you are, the more likely they will deny you.

But I have travelled to the U.S before. It's just that I didn't renew the visa right away.

If you traveled there before just do the same thing again.

How did you get a visa with no money and no bank account? just curious.

But it was my father's bank account. I didn't even have to go to the embassy. He took care of everything for us (my brothers and I), but it was in 2001.
