Visitors visa to US

does anyone know how easy it is for a Dominican to get travelors visa? i have heard it can be very difficult and timely. any idea how hard it would be to get a young man (18) to visit the states for a summer or some period of time?

You have about a 1% chance of doing that and I would say with his age probably less than that. It is very difficult for a young person, even with assets and a good job in the DR to get a visitors visa to the US. I would say about as much chance as getting struck by lightning.
