Default Tourist Visa to Belize or Costa Rica
Do Dominicans need visa to visa these countries? If so, where do they apply? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, they need Visas for both. As for Belize, if there is no Embassy in the DR, the British Embassy is where you would go.

As for Costa Rica you would go to their Embassy. You can check with any travel agent for more information.
