Default US immigrant visa (INTERVIEW DAY)

Hello everyone,

Family members have their visa interview in May. All legal papers were submitted to the National Visa Center, all seems to be in order. The question is will they have to bring duplicated legal papers to the interview, although they were already submitted to the NVC?

Thanks.

They SHOULD have copies of EVERYTHING the NVC got...JUST in case...

When we went for our interview last year, they were 'missing' my divorce decree...Thanks to the fact that I had TRIPLICATES of everything with me, it wasn't a problem...if I hadn't had that...the visa could have been denied...

Good luck!!!
