Hmmm....I am just thinking that maybe after I go see my hubby next month, I should send another little package in to be safe? I could pick up another original while I am down there and then send that and my flight info and whatever else I have like phone cards etc. and just send it to them anyways as it looks like they will probably ask for it later.

Default haiti responds to email

My husbands medical was about to expire so we went and had another one done, when it was done and the clinic sent it in, I sent an email "case specific" to Haiti to let them know another new medical was on it's way. I sent that email to Haiti May 14th and I got a response today saying " an officer will final review your file this month and take the necessary action" So whatever that means I was just shocked to get a reponse to an email.

Carlos,

If you were using an Immigration consultant they would have to fill that in otherwise just leave it blank.

Mart,
glad to see that they responded to you - and it does sound positive I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Hey Lexi,

I have made copies of my travel documents, emails phone bills etc, since I sent in our application. I have left them with my husband in case they asked for more proof of relationship he would be able to send them right away or for him to bring with him for an interview.

Default I need some orientation

I sent my application for permanent residence to Port-au-Prince in March, and according to FedEx's tracking it was delivered on March 26 and received in the reception/front desk by a W. Leger. However, I have not received acknowledgement of receipt yet. I was told that it usually takes three week for you to acknowledge receipt, but I would like to confirm this. It has been two months now, and I don't know if my application was lost. Can you please help me understand what's going on? Should I send it again?

I had sent an application before, when I was studying in Canada, but it was returned to me because I left one blank field instead of marking it as N/A.

I think there's is something wrong, but can't be sure. I have sent emails to the Visa Office but they have not replied.

Please tell me what you think!

Default Welcome

welcome to the world of confusion, no response and worry. Don't panic a lot of us never received a confirmation. Don't worry about the no response to emails I received one response in a 2 year period.
