Smile What Should Be Done Before Leaving DR?

Does any one know if there is anything a Dominican Republic Ciziten needs to do before leaving the country? (Apart from getting a visa and a flight of-course). Anything legal / settling bills / ending contracts?

Thanks, for anyones help.

she is not stuck up at all...

clarkski,

you may want to be sure that your husband has official transcripts from school, birth certificate, any other certificate that would be helpful when looking for a job or setting up bank account etc.

good luck!

Marriage cert, birth cert, and all paperwork used to support visa application firstly. The only thing we regretting my hubby not doing is getting a DR driving license. If he had he could have used that for 2 years here before having to get a UK one

Would also say its cheaper to get both the marriage cert and birth certs translated into English and certified in the DR for future visa applications and the remainder of the UK citizenship process.

On a lighter note ... tell him to bring brugal with him because its not cheap here
