Default Visa for children in the Dominican Republic

Hi everyone. I have an uncle who been a permanent resident in the U.S (not a citizen). for 15 years. He finally decided that he wants to bring his three son/daughter (the sons are 20 and 13, and the daughter is 19) to the U.S. from the DR. Does anyone have any info, tips, reference on what he has to do? For example, what type of application and the amount of money he has to file, etc? Thanks.

I don't know much about the process but friends of my wife arrived on Long Island in June. It took about 4 years for their visa to be approved.

I do not think the 20 year old and the 19 year old would be allowed that is in the UK
as they are not minors
not sure about the USA
