We had the medical exam done in Oct (the beginning) and Mejia is holding it for us until we have the papers done. Will we have to get a second set done if I dont send the visa in until Dec (end)?

Your medical is good for 1 year from the date it was done.

If you send your application in and it takes longer to process than the expiry date of your medical, Haiti will ask for you to redo it at that time.
