Yes, you can be "dying from the heat" in Pueblo Bavaro, P.C. especially when you cannot enjoy a refreshing long shower. But, as you well know about this large Punta Cana Tourist Zone, there may be showers in Veron and no water in Cabeza de Toro a few miles/kilometers away. We do not have control of the llave, somebody with a higher authority does.

I'll send in a request for rain for you. Hope it cools down for you.
