I'm sat here in cold cold britain!! granted kuhny it's not as cold as you have brrrrrr that is too cold even for me!!

We woke up to a chilly -20C this morning.
All of our clothes packed, lots of sun tan lotion.
We can't wait to leave this snowbound home for a week in beautiful DR.

Looks like another awesome sunny and warm day tomorrow (Sat) for the DR, then showers and isolated thunderstorms from a cold front originally from Canada may reach the Island Sunday and Monday. Hopefully the front will hang up and stay far enough offshore keeping you in the sunshine.

Last night the Dominican baseball league crowned their champions and the festivities began. The nice weather allowed people to congregate on the Malecon and celebrate in style.....

Your surf along the north shore should be building now. I see that the US National Weather Service has issued a high surf advisory for the N Coast of Puerto Rico .. and I wouldn't be surprised if you see similar higher surf in your area this weekend.

Good news is that the cold front has stalled out just to your north..over the Turks and Caicos..meaning you will remain in the warm tropical air and sunshine Sunday!!
