Saturday February 10
Our weather has changed. The clouds rolled in late yesterday and we got some very heavy rain overnight. We really needed it so we are not complaining. Today we have overcast skies and I expect more rain will follow. Don't worry folks this will change soon.
As for A/C and freezing - unfortunately it is not MY office so I have no control. But today I have a long sleeve shirt on and long pants!

Monday February 12
WE have had two days now of clouds and intermitant rain. At times the rain has been quite heavy creating little rivers in places.
Yesterday we had the first day of Carnival celebrations on the Malecon. The rain held off most of the time until quite late in the evening.
Today is overcast but brightening.

ME .... At poolside sipping a cold one
YOU .... At carside shovelling the cold stuff
ME .... Ice is in my Cuba Libre
YOU ..... Ice is everywhere but in your Cuba Libre
ME .... Glad I am here
YOU .... Wishing you were here
ME .... Glad I am not there.

Saturday Feb 17
Good morning. We have a great morning again, blue skies, sunshine and 84 F with a light breeze. I do think that will change this afternoon though! Looks like we should have a shower later.
This could be an issue for me - I now hate rain during the day, it will make my life difficult. Since yesterday I am now wearing a stunning blue cast on my right ankle! Tough to get around in the rain.

Good morning. Today we are overcast but the sun is breaking through. It is hot about 83 F but it feels much hotter as it is very humid today and there is no breeze.

Good morning! Well today is not nice at all unless of course you are a duck! We have had steady hard rain almost all night. And it countinues this morning. We are completely overcast with steady rain, and a light breeze.
Only thing worse then having a cast on your foot here - having a cast on your foot when it is pouring rain......
