Wow, was I ever wrong about yesterday. The clouds rolled in late afternoon and they are still here. I am doing my best, but they just won't leave. Who the heck invited them to this party?

We had hard rain over night and it is currently pouring rain. It is fairly steady and doesn't look like it will let up anytime today. Get on your wellies and take your umbrella today!

Have a great day.

Hey Planner:

The sunshine and warmth will return for you. How is your recovery? Have you cast off your cast?

I have to tell you all about the rain storm we are currently having:

I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MUCH RAIN !!!

I was in Playa Dorada and left just for home just as it started to rain. I barely made it home - about 1 1/2 KM away. The roads are flooded, garbage is going down the streets, cars are stalled, roads have become rivers.

When I reached my house which is on a street running downhill the water running past me was up to my knees! Our front yard is flooded it is unbelievable.

This started about 6:20 and it is now 7:07. I will post more later and let you know how things are going.

I has stopped raining but according to the local TV station there are lots of problems with flooding in low lying areas and some streets are inpassable.
