Good morning. Let me first recap the weekend weather - HOT, HUMID, BREEZY and pretty much perfect for a long weekend!

Today we have some cloud cover. It is a nice break from the intense sunshine. It does not appear that there is any rain in our forecast today, maybe later tonight or over night.

It is HOT and HUMID but only a very light breeze.

Sorry if i am posting in the wrong place but it is about weather i am due to go for the first time to DR from 28th nov-13dec could you please please tell me what weather to expect as i'm clueless.

Good morning, we are back to completely sunny skies, HOT temperatures and high humidity. WE have a very light breeze this morning but normally it strengthens in the afternoon.

It is about 91 F right now and getting hotter!

Dear Clueless aka nic - first I am not a fortune teller so cannot look in my crystal ball for you. Where in this country are you going? Can I assume the North Coast? Here is what I can tell you - for the past number of years Nov and early Dec tended to be somewhat wet. However - last year it was absolutely stunning that time of year. Come prepared for it to be hot, but expect some rain, bring sunscreen and mosquitto repellant, a small umbrella and good shoes for getting around if we get rain! There you go, best I can

You will get sun - you will likely get some rain - you will have fun regardless!!!! Just come down prepared and all will be fine.

Good morning - we have another beautiful day! No clouds, HOT, humid, and no breeze at all at the moment.

Yesterday evening we had some really ugly looking clouds roll in, a bit of thunder and lightening and that was it! No rain. The forecast rain for today over the island has greatly dissipated so we can expect mostly clear skies and hot temperatures.

Good morning, we have continuing perfect weather... well it's perfect if you like hot, sunny, slightly breezy..... In the afternoons we get a few clouds roll in, once in a while a shower but not often enough. The evenings are still cooler then normal for this time of year so it is nice for sleeping. The odd night is HOT and HUMID and stifling.

Hey Planner, I hear you are the best person to talk to about the weather in the Domincian. I live in Canada and I'm going to Punta Cana on October 7th to 14th. On all the weather reports all I see is rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms. Apparatnly it has rained for the last 15 days in Punta Cana and they are calling for rain for the next 10 days. Can you tell me what to expect. Will there be any sun at all? Does the rain last all day or does it only rain for a short time. I've never been away before and I'm starting to get worried. Any info would be greatly appreciated, Brice.
