so tell me what is the nighttime temps like ? i saw 69 on one website this morning. it's that cool in december ? this is my first ever trip in the month of december.

I am not sure it gets that cool. I guess it depends where you are. The higher up you are the cooler it will be. I went home at 2 am last night - it was comfortably cool, not chilly. Hope that helps.

Another month begins! How does the time fly by so fast?

Today we are starting out overcast - no rain yet but I am pretty sure it will happen today. It is 82F and humid with a very light breeze.

Last evening we had intermittent rain showers. It was a bit cooler with a nice breeze as well.

Hopefully the sun will return, I want to go to the beach tomorrow!

The weather has turned nice!!!! I guess Kyle doing his weather dance really helped. Ok I did mine too...

Yesterday we had a beautiful with just one quick shower in the early evening.

Today we have bright blue skies, it was 84F early this morning and there is a very light breeze.

I am coming down to Puerto Plata for the first time this Friday! It needs to be beautiful so I am doing the weather dance here in NJ. I am coming to celebrate my birthday on the nice warm beach instead of here at home with the snow!

Planner is back - have no fear!!! I took a well deserved day at a SPA!!!! I am a new woman.....

Weather is stunning - kind of how I feel........ We have bright blue skies, it is 84F right now and we have a light breeze. It does get a bit cool at night so bring a light sweater or hoodie......

Hello again - yesterday was stunning! We had beautiful blue skies, HOT, a bit humid but a nice breeze!

Apparently all you people stopped doing the weather dance!!!!

The rains moved in overnight and this morning we had more rain. The clouds are still firmly parked overhead but the rain stopped............... whoooooops just started again. And the winds just picked up too. So, not such a nice day today.

Get back to dancing all you people!!!!

Good morning, well not such a good morning. Rain rain and more rain.... All weekend we had mostly cloudy skies and RAIN..... I don't want any more right now....

So it looks like the system is breaking up and we will return to the nice weather. We have had a few sunny breaks today already and only a couple of showers.

Saturday night and again last night we had really strong winds! It sounded like a Canadian winter storm -well without the cold and blowing snow..... But the rain pounded against the windows - I swear it was blowing sideways....

Hopefully we will be back to sunny skies soon!
