Hello again. First the weather: rain rolled in sometime on Monday and it stayed until yesterday some time. Today is broken clouds, some sun and fairly breezy.

I am unsure of times and days since Monday about noon! I came down with a flu bug that sent me straight to bed! I got up for the first time this morning and I am not here for long! I will return to my bed shortly. This is a nasty bug - but - simply that a flu bug. I had a massive headache for 2 days, body aches, fever, nausea etc. No need for a doctor or antibiotics, it's just a virus. I am on the other side of it now, just need to get my energy back!

Hopefully the weather report will continue tomorrow.....

Hope you feel better and soon. You are right about the antibiotics. I tell pts that if they use an antibiotic for a virus they will feel fine in about a week and a half. If they just treat the symptoms then it will take about 10 days.

That I didn´t get, but I am really tired today... Isn´t a week and a half and 10 days the same??? Half a day difference in my book of maths.. LOL

Carina,
That was my point. Antibiotics won't do anything for a viral infection. So Don't take them for a virus.

I´m sick in the crap myself, but have tried to keep on working, guess my "humour cells" are not on top...

Good morning. I have good weather news, today is quite a beautiful day! We have sun and some clouds with a nice breeze keeping things very nice. I would guess we will probably get another shower later today or tonight.

Personally, I am feeling a little better but have very little energy still. This is when I have to be careful not to overdo things! So, later today I will hit my bed for an afternoon nap!

Today we have some cloud cover and I think it will probably rain later on. It is hot and humid but with a nice breeze. Yesterday was absolutely beautiful.

Keyboard Trudy: I will call you at the hotel, but I will pick you up at the reception area on Wednesday at 1pm! This wonderful woman solved my keyboard problems and brought me a new one! What a woman!

Good morning. It is overcast and a bit dreary today. We have no wind at all. It is hot already today and quite humid. I expect it will rain.

Rats, I am off to Luperon today to try out a new excursion there. I get to go in little power boats AND I get to drive!!! Look out ocean here I come. Rain or shine I will have fun. I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.
