Sorry about that, Carina is correct, /goes gets you into the satellite section. If you like weather radar for the caribbean and hurricane nets, check out these sites.

Current weather is called 'disorganized' by the people that know. Just a few disorganized and random storms flying our way... We're just beginning to feel the effects of a rather 'wet' tropical wave that is affecting the Caribbean as a whole .. Normal Caribbean weather for this time of the year - in fact, any time of year for the Caribbean. ggn420, we're watching most of this very carefully especially at this time of year.

I know that. I was offering websites to whoever is interested. Some people don't go to Cris's thread or read planner's daily report.
Thanks for your concern

Thanks Cris, I live in the DR 4 months a year, and have always been interested in hurricane tracking and general weather related info. There are numerous sites, to follow, as probably well know. I always keep the door "open" to new suggestions or websites. The more, the merrier.......

Well, here is one for you... no color, unadorned, as realistic as you can get without bells and whistles, straight from the satellite and simply reality... http://www.goes.noaa.gov/browsh.html

There are a few weather enthusiasts on this board and all of us donate our time to keep folks updated and in the know about weather related issues. Any information is welcome. We do follow a 'kinda' policy of 'no histerics' but we do keep on top of things. Feel welcome to join us.

A set of info that I looked at today, is http://www.customweather.com who syndicates the normal weather sources with the greatest cool graphics. Have fun!
