Good morning. Today is overcast, humid and with no breeze at all. As I left my apartment this morning you could still see some blue sky. NOw one hour later there is no blue sky left. Off to the east we have darker more ominous clouds coming our way. It will rain later today.

Last evening we had overcast conditions with a sprinkling of rain. That was as of midnight, can't tell you after that, I was asleep! This morning the car had raindrops on it but there wasn't enough rain to actually clean the car off! This morning the car is getting washed. That will ensure we get rain today.

I will update later if we have any major changes.

Have a great day.

Well it is now raining very hard!!! The wind is howling, the rain is torrential, it is so dark I had to actually turn the lights on in my office!

All it took was for me to get my car washed! IF you can believe it the guy JUST finished, now it rains....

On the satellite it looks like you are getting a little outflow from Emily now...

I think you are right. Thanks. We've cleared a bit but there is more ugly stuff to the east...

How can you explain no rain in Santo Domingo all morning, but a very light short-lived drizzle?

I"m not sure Dolores we can ever truly explain the weather!!!

Right now we have brightened up a bit but still we have some very ugly dark clouds to the east. The wind has picked up considerably too....

I am out of this office soon, but, will come back if anything significant needs to be reported.

Have a great day.

Hello everyone. We have had two fabulous days. Saturday was hot and sunny with a nice breeze. Today is again hot and sunny, humid, with some breeze. We do have some cloud cover today which is very nice for my friend Vance who is visiting me from Canada. A little too much sun yesterday on his very white back.....LOL

Today we will walk the beaches with shirts on!!!!

Have a great day.

Good morning, we have a stunning day today! It is about 32 degrees, slightly humid, a light breeze and we have just a few fluffly clouds up there. It is a nice beach day again.

Janni, thanks for letting us know you got home safe. Look forward to seeing you again next time....

Have a great day.
