Good morning. Today reminds me of a fall day - until you actually go outside....LOL

IT is dull and overcast today. I am sure the sun is behind those clouds somewhere but I certainly can't see it! It is hot and humid though with no breeze whatsoever. I am sure it will rain.

Yesterday we had a couple of short rainshowers during the day. It was sunny out with just a few clouds and all of a sudden the skies opened up!!!

Have a great day!

Well after 5 days of having no internet I am back up and running. I will post the whole Verizon story in another thread this afternoon.

Today we have beautiful weather. It is hot and sunny with a light breeze.

Over the weekend we had some rain on Sunday, but not substantial amounts. We were really not effected by the storm that hit the south coast.

Have a great day.

Good morning again. Today is stunning, it is hot and slightly less humid then recent days. We have no wind and almost no clouds in the sky.

Have a great day.

We have more of the same weather today!!! With all the bad weather going on this hurrican season, we are really blessed to have such great weather.

Today is hot, about 28C, somewhat humid with beautiful blue skies and a light breeze.

Have a great day!

Cool

Hi there,

I am due to go to Sousa late Nov end getting worried about the tropical storms over there and the news we are getting in the Uk.

My travel agents said they cant tell me anything - which helps.

Any damage due to Alpha and is Beta going to hit dominican.

Please can someone put my mind at ease - Think we all have hurricane panic here after Wilma and so many of my friends cancelling hols to Mexico and Cuba.

Of all the places in the area, this is probably one of the safest! we have no damage from Alpha, in fact all we got was overcast conditions and a little rain. Beta will most likely not get anywhere near us.

You will be coming late in the hurricane season, so there is little chance of any problems.

Tell all your friends to book their holidays here in the DOminican republic and to do it soon. I am sure there are others like your friends who are cancelling Cancun and Cuba holidays. We are expecting to get busy here! I will send you a PM with my email address. Please pass it on to your travel agents!

Hello,

How about the weather in Peurto Plata. I am set to come there from Canada the end of November for my Wedding! Very important to know what the weather is expected to be like!

jbear, PUerto Plata is 25 minutes or so from Sosua, the same applies. End of November is nice but do be prepared for some rain. During your stay you are likely to experience some late afternoon storms or evening thunderstorms. Bring a light jacket or sweatshirt as the evenings might get just a touch chilly.

Now if you bribe the weathergirl (me ) then maybe I can help you out....LOL
