Hmmmm, still a mixed bag, one moment sun then next rain.... and a little cooler. At least for us here it feels a little cooler. But, it is all relative. IF you are experiencing - 15 C at home, this is nice and hot.

Stunning weather today folks. The clouds have blown away and we have the sunshine back. Yeahhhhhhh

Today we are expecting a high of 83 F and I guess we could have a chance of an afternoon shower.

Good morning again. It is a beautiful day today, following a beautiful day yesterday.

There is no rain, no clouds in site and only a light breeze this morning. It is nice and hot without being overwhelmingly hot.

The evenings are nice and cool for sleeping, dancing or just sitting on the balcony enjoying the night!

Can anyone tell me what has happened with Peter of Peter and Alex, he used to do the north coast weather and I havent seen or heard from him.

Good morning, today is a bit of a mixed bag I'm afraid. We have some blue skies but lots of clouds. I expect rain later on today. The temperatures are not quite as warm as normal either. But it is still better then the frozen north!

YEsterday was also a mixed bag! One moment it was sunny and nice, the next clouds and rain.

I am not sure what happened to Peter, maybe Chris knows.

I'm going to Puerto Plata in early March..whats the weather like? I'm scared that its going to be too cold or it'll rain too much

Peter is around but he has taken on some other responsibilities. We´d be glad of someone else could take over the daily Cabarete weather reports. Peter did a great job, but sometimes real work interferes with what we really would like to do

I am going to Playa Dorada 24th January and my friend has just come back and said is has done nothing but rain. I was hoping for some sun. Do I need to forget the suntan lotions and pack an anorak and umbrella instead. We are going for a week and was hoping for some nice weather to sit on the beach. Any outlook appreciated.

Your friend must have forgotten to get out of the shower!!!! We have had some very nice weather lately! YEs we have had some rain but much more sun then rain.

Today was a bit of a mixed bag! We were overcast early on today, then sunny, then overcast again. This afternoon has been mostly sunny!!! Actually it's quite a nice.
