Well guess what? IT is a beautiful day today! It started out a little cloudy but right now it is stunning! It's about 80 F, sunny with a light breeze!

Friday January 20
Hmmmmmmmm not so nice today. We have torrential rain and then sun and then torrential rain. It is also windy.
Last night we had a lot of rain as well. And I suspect we will have more rain tonight.

Monday January 23
Today we have blue skies! It is breezy but really nice today. It is already 26C at 8 am!
The weekend was a real mixed bag of weather. We had sun, we had clouds, we had torrential rain! Yesterday we had a nice morning with blue skies but by afternoon we had clouds and rain.

What a great day we have! The sun is out, the sky is clear blue (not a cloud to be seen) we have a light breeze and it is nice and warm.
If I could (which I can't ) I would head to the beach!

Thursday January 26
Good morning and what another great day we have. Let's make it 3 in a row.
Yesterday was fabulous! We had sun all day, nice breeze and it was hot. I sat outside by the ocean last night for dinner. It had cooled off just enought that is was wonderful and the light breeze kept the mosquitos away.
Today we have a bright clear day again.

Friday January 27
Good morning. Today would be a great day to own an umbrella, a raincoat and rain boots! IT was torrential overnight, torrential this morning and torrential right this minute.
We are completely overcast, slightly cooler and with a good breeze! It is supposed to stay this way today and overnight. Tomorrow we are expected to get more sun but it will be windy.
Go find something to do that does not involve sun screen.

Good morning from beautiful Puerto Plata!
In the absence of our resident Weathergirl Extraordinaire, I will be doing the POP report today.
The current temperature is 63F/17C with highs expected to reach 84F/29C today.
I used both Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees but to be honest, I've never measured temperatures in Celsius before. It just seems strange to me!
The sky looks a bit overcast and it's projected that it will remain partly cloudy most of the day with a 15% chance of rain.
