I am traveling to the Melia Caribe on Oct. 9th. We went there this summer and loved it and now we are taking some friends. However, I haven't been able to get much information on the condition of the property. Does anyone have any information?

I just saw a post from Deloris under the title Punta Cana, that said everything was ok. And that the golf course opened this past weekend.

We are going there end of January to get married. Do you have a recommendation on which side of the resort to stay at? How about restaurant to have wedding dinner at?
