Default When will it stop raining?

Its been raining here in the Puerto Plata area very heavily for a couple days. There are huge rocks in the streets that got carried down the hillsides by newly formed rivers. Stalled cars in high water are everywhere, especially by the port I saw almost a dozen just in one spot. I don't think this place can hold any more rain, there will be landslides soon if there havnt been some already.

My wife is in Santo Domingo. She said they had heavy rain today. It has been raining for a longer period in Sosua, but now it seems to be all over the country.
