Default Weather/humidity in the DR

I was wondering if anybody had any links to the current weather in selected cities here in the DR, specifically Santiago.

The reason I ask is that I don't trust what the Weather Channel says for example about the humidty here in Santiago. As someone who grew up in the deep south I know what high humidity is but I honestly think Santiago's humidity must be less than what they post on the website.

Thanks

I've got a bottle of Siboney white waiting - surprisingly good with un chin de jugo de toronja!

Well all I can say is that it doesn't get as hot and humid as South Carolina on the coast and Florida.

It will get a hot or hot and a little muggy sometimes but one just needs to take a shower before going to bed and sleep in front of the fan. With the mountains so close by the nights cool of magnificantly.
