Yes, the COE is issuing warnings for the East and Lower Yuna Basin especially. In fact, all low-laying areas are under an alert.

I never thought we would still have the 2007 hurricane sticky up right into January 2008. Seems as if we have to change our traditional ways and sticky up a Severe Weather Thread for 2008.

during all my 13 years working dominican offshore waters i never been in the need to bring the boats to their hurricane save place during november or december or like THIS Weekend, in January!!!
