Anyone know if Noel hit Sosúa? I have a brother on holidays there and we can't get a hold of him.

"Hit" would not be the correct term, in this case.
We've had more than our share of rain, and that's it.
No big winds or power outages.
Just rain.

Thanks, glad to hear it is just rain. Do you know where the 20 death were? They are saying on the news here 20 deaths and 20 missing.
