Weird summer so far. Where is Christa>??

This as been the quietest summer I can remember (not that I remember all that much)...but just a few years ago, we had already had a bunch of really cool storms dumping water on us and cooling it off a bit.

Now we see that New York City is heading for the coolest summer in HISTORY!! Not one day over 90 degrees F., so far.

And here, we are baking!....

Hummm, and when we need her, Christa is nowhere to be found! She has been, over the years, an excellent weather person on this site...

I keep looking at the nhc.noaa site and while there are lots of rains coming off West Africa, none of them seem to be strong enough to develop into a nice hurricane..

Oh well...tourism doesn't need those nasties...

I had the feeling that Chris is no longer around, but that does no mean I can't miss her posts...or does it? Is Mike the new mod???

AFAIK Mike is not a Mod. BUT like all salt water fishermen he is keenly aware of the weather and the part it plays in all the lives of those who ply the ocean waters.
