I try to do all things typical Dominican. This is one of them. Cooking out in the middle of the street, zipping on cold Presidentes and/or Brugal rum. This was my cousin Chelo stirring the pot. This was a locrio de pollo criollo with chuletas and costillitas ahumada. In english now - this food was rice cooked together with chicken, pork chops and ribs.
