This property has 265 mts, with 185 mts of construction. The first level consist in 2 bedrooms( I eliminate 1 that could be rebuild easily with a fake wall if needed) I turned it into a separate dining or entertainment room area.. The other apartment needs to be completed totally. I calculated that 38,000 US or less will finish both of them with iron bars. Off course with economic or local materials and handmade included . Apartments have their own separate stairs, (outside) laundry area,and balcony. You can either add another stairs going to 3rd floor and use the top roof as a nice social area or even build another small apartment on top in the future. (That was my thinking)

Anyways, you can use this property as your vacation and rental home at the same time. Or re sell it in a higher price when is done. This property posses (6) bedrooms and (5)bathrooms (3) kitchens and (3) living dining areas in total . There is never lack of water in this zone, I been living there for 8 years now. Plenty of little business around such: Taxi stand ( just 1 block). Utilities companies are just few blocks to pay for your services, supermarkets, banks, the best school of this area is 3 mins walking(if you have kids or teens) and there are 2 malls are within 10 mins driving. Coral Mall, with Gold's Gym. Bravo supermarket, and the Mega mall (the biggest mall of the country so far) Holds another modern gym, college branch and theater inside,as well a fair playground area, restaurants, etc..It also has the main biggest nationals and international stores. I m selling this property with pain in my heart, cause I love it! But I moved to USA couple months ago, and must stay here for good. I m also thinking in getting a property here so I need the cash. I will be able to show it personally in March-April by Easter Bunny. So if you want to plan a trip in that date I can gladly show this property to you if interested. And also my uncle can do the same, before or after that date. If you are already there, but he doesn't speak English so you might find someone else who does the Spanish translation. His kids speak some and they could help a little. If you decide to buy it I fly there too for the selling part, that's not problem.
