250 papaya trees   Bell Peppers   Mangos   Avacado

The farm is situated in a valley that offers beautiful ocean and mountains views. This beautiful farm is located in a great area with good road accessibility. The lands yields an abundance of fruits and vegetables: mangos, avocado, bell peppers , sour sop and in addition, this farm features about 2500 Cocoa trees, 500 passion fruit vines, and more than 250 papaya trees and grazing land for live stock.
This farm besides having its natural source of water from the rainfall and year round spring water has water that derived from a 180 feet well. As evidenced by a number of springs in the area, the subterranean water pressure pushes the water in the well pipe to just (35) feet below the surface. Water is pumped to an (18,000) gallons cistern located (40) feet above the (3,000m2/30,000sqf) greenhouse by a Grundfauss solar powered pump in a 1 1/2 inch pipe. Ample water pressure is supplied to the farm 24 hours a day. The farm has several locations where a connection to the island electric grid is possible. The current owners have chosen to utilize solar power. The power is supplied by 10 solar panels producing 265 volts at 7.5 amps. Close to 2000 watts continuous DC power.
This magnificent property is located less than 30 minutes from the International airport of Puerto Plata and the beautiful sandy beaches of Sosua. Sosua is a small town that offers restaurants, clubs, bars, supermarkets, hospital, schools and much more. Cabarete, which is considered the capital of water sports in the North Coast, is located about another fifteen minutes east where you could surf, snorkel or just sit and enjoy the beach alongside restaurants which at night many of them turn into clubs.
