Rental Conditions
Booking deposit
In order to secure a reservation, a booking deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is required.

Balance and security deposit
To secure a reservation a deposit of 50% of the full rental amount must be paid at the moment of reservation. Balance of full payment is due 30 days prior to the starting date of the rental period. If the full balance has not been paid one week before the arrival, we may decide to cancel your reservation and we will not refund the booking deposit.

The refundable security deposit is equal to half the amount of the booking deposit (and in addition to the rental payment) and will be refunded no later than a week after your departure, having received the apartment in equal conditions as it was when you received it. We will deduct from the security deposit the price of any damage, broken items or service not included in the rental.

The minimum stay is one week, beyond that is up to you. If you decide to stay 10 days, we charge one week and three days. Prices are quoted for a fixed number of tenants. On no account is it possible to accommodate more than five people. Any additional service or change in the contract will be subject to an additional charge.

In case of damages caused by the client, that prevent us from renting the apartment immediately, the price of the day(s), in which the apartment can not be rented, will be charged to the client.

Arrival dates- check in - collecting of keys- check out
You are free to choose your date of arrival and you can arrive any day of the week. You should notify us at least one week in advance of the day and approximate time of arrival. At your arrival to the apartment the keys will be handed to you as well as the original contract which you must sign.

You have to notify us at least a week in advance of the time of your departure to decide the hour of your check out. If we notice a damage after your departure, we will inform you and we will deduct the amount from the security deposit.

Cancellation
You lose your entire rental reservation if you cancel within one month of your arrival and 50% of your rental reservation up to one month before your arrival.

Material statement and furniture inventory
A statement summarizing the material condition of the premises and a furniture inventory shall be established and its terms agreed upon by both parties at the time the tenant receives the apartment and again when he/she vacates the premises. It is understood that the tenant shall endeavor to leave the apartment in a satisfactory condition.

We make sure that the apartment is checked regularly, however some things can escape our attention. If you notice anything within 2 days, we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly as possible. After this 2-day notice time, any broken or lost object that has not been pointed out to us, or any appliances/equipment that is not in working order, will be considered your responsibility and the replacement of missing objects, the repair or replacement of broken appliances will be at your expense.

Pets
We are sorry but pets are not allowed in the apartment.

General
While we will do whatever possible to accommodate our clients' requests, we are not responsible for situations which might affect your stay, such as strikes, meteorological conditions, failure of previous guest to vacate or other causes or conditions beyond our control.
