The master suite is particularly impressive with a power shower, separate 2 person Jacuzzi, his and hers sinks , bidet. and stained glass picture window.
Externally, the property has a large secure car port, two large patio areas, with a large rear garden and family-friendly pool. The pool is approximately 5ft deep at the deep end so is child-safe. The pool does not contain any chemicals (it uses an ionic filter) so is safe for sensitive skin. There are maid's quarters in the rear, containing a utility room, bathroom and living quarters.
The Villa is completely furnished throughout, including towels and sheets. The kitchen contains all necessary appliances, Fridge, microwave, coffee machine, stove/oven. The Villa has cable ports inside and outside.
The property has mains electricity as well as invertor and solar power, meaning that the home does not suffer from power cuts, unlike other homes in the area, and is very energy efficient. It also has a back up water heater. The Villa has 24 hour security, provided by a local security firm, a frequent gardener, maid and pool man.
The property is situated in a cul-de-sac, making this a very quiet, secure, family friendly area. However, it is a 3 minute walk from the Malecon Boulevard, which comprises a beautiful beach, as well as many good quality, good value restaurants and bars. A five minute drive or taxi ride away is the Playa Dorada tourist complex, which contains many hotels, and a public beach, but also some good nightlife every day of the week. The supermarket is also around 5 minutes drive away, and the city centre, excellent for shopping is 10 minutes away.
This Villa sleeps up to 6 very comfortably and would suit families or anyone seeking a luxurious environment for a vacation, but would be equally ideal for long term rentals given the proximity to all local amenities.
The starting price monthly is low season and is given without electricity cost as is usual in DR. All periods can be negotiated.
