Situated between Casa Mañana the Palms and across from Tradewinds; Casa Ellie was built in July of 2008 and is conveniently located on the ground floor of a 3 floor white stucco condominium unit called Majestic Apartments.
Located in Sosua North coast, which has been described as the Acapulco of the Dominican Republic, Casa Ellie is ideally situated for all local amenities with the shops, grocery markets and the famous Sosua bay beach all being within a twelve minute walk.
There is a small friendly on-site bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink with the locals, watch some TV or perhaps dance a merengue or bachata with a neighbor.
At 100m2, our roomy and spacious apartment consists of a combined living/dining room area furnished with handmade bamboo and wicker furniture, together with a large open plan and well appointed kitchen; leading off these are the bedrooms both of which are air conditioned and en-suite. Two patio doors lead out onto a wrap-around balcony which comes complete with views of the lush Dominican countryside, cooling tropical breezes and the sun just when you need it.
The master bedroom, which can sleep four, features two large double drawer divan beds and furniture made from local mahogany. The second, slightly smaller bedroom, which sleeps two has a double-size bed, furniture in mahogany and pine and its own private entrance.
The apartment comes complete with wireless internet access, safety deposit box, cable TV and ceiling fans in every room and everything we could think of to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as is possible.
We visit at least three times a year, bringing things with us for the apartment, and are constantly striving to ensure that Casa Ellie has everything that is needed for a relaxing Carribbean holiday.
