Location Location Location, award winning modern art building !!
Approximately half an hour from Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) you will find our designer condominium which is conveniently located in the heart of town next to major Hotels, Casinos, Museums, Art Galleries and Restaurants.

Visiting Santo Domingo for Business, Holidays or as a High Roller in the 50 Casinos in the Capital, this super luxury 10 floor ocean front apartment nestled on the Malecon between three 5 star hotels (Intercontinental to the right and Melia Santo Domingo and Jaragua Resort & Casino to the left) has it all and you are only a short stroll from the national heritage prestigious Zona Colonial with i.e. the mansion of Christopher Columbus and good night life on plaza de Espana and Hard Rock Cafe.

Within easy walking distance to the well known Malecon waterfront district, this boulevard is home to several luxurious hotel/casino complexes and dozens of small restaurants, clubs and cafes. Avenida Independencia is another major street, parallel to the Malecon. You will find a tree lined street full of shops, and affordable restaurants with a nice mix of locals and tourists. Well known restaurants such as Adrian Tropical, a traditional Dominican restaurant literally built on the water, or San Gil, a more formal eatery occupying the ruins of a colonial fort are situated here. The Malecon Center, located on the far end of the Malecon, is a new high-end shopping center/hotel/condo complex featuring a Botero sculpture out front.

Calle El Conde, one of Santo Domingo's oldest streets, is a pedestrian area that runs from Parque Colon to Parque Independencia and is a popular shopping strip.

If you want to see the cosmopolitan, upscale side of Santo Domingo, head to the Piantini and Naco neighborhoods. Streets like Gustavo Mejia Ricard and major avenues like Abraham Lincoln and Winston Churchill are lined with high end boutiques, shopping plazas, trendy cafes and restaurants offering a huge variety of international cuisines. The Acropolis Center is an ultra-modern shopping center/office building where you will find everything from TGI Friday's to Prada.

Golf Anyone???
Golfing in the Dominican Republic is so spectacular that many visitors are drawn here just to play the game in this fabulous setting. Right in the city of Santo Domingo is the Cayacoa Country Club designed by Peter Dye, just a 15-minute drive from downtown.

The Santo Domingo Country Club is an 18-hole, par 72 beautiful course with scenic views and sloping hills for a challenging round. There are several world class golfing destinations towards the east and northeast parts of the country including the Punta Espada Golf Club designed by Jack Nicklaus with 13 of its 18 holes along the sea; Playa Grande in Real San Juan which has been considered by many to be the Pebble Beach of the Caribbean; La Cana Golf Course in Punta Cana; the Dye Fore and Teeth of the Dog in Casa de Campo, La Romana with 6 holes along the sea, designed as well by recognized architect Pete Dye and the Barcelo Bavaro Golf complex. Closer to the capital is the Metro Country Club in Juan Dolio designed by Charles Ankrom.
