We have a large file we can send by email with lots of detailed information on house, living in DR, travel, photos, etc.
For rent is the downstairs unit of a duplex. There is a full-time resident who has lived in the upper dwelling for years. They are completely separate units with separate driveways, gates and entrances.
Many windows face the beautiful ocean view.
There is a king-size bed in bedroom, and a day bed and futon in living room. This house works best for couples but you can sleep more. The bathroom is within the bedroom suite.
There is a space to park car inside locked gate.
Nice neighborhood with many trees, birds, beautiful ocean view from hill, pretty winding roads to walk on.
You can walk down hill to town of Los Charamicos and Sosua Beach. At the other end of beach (1/2 mile) is town of Sosua.
Bus station, taxi station and telephone office are all at main highway at bottom of hill.
