I just came back from my 5th trip to Punta Cana and I have got to say that the service in all the Iberostar in Punta Cana resorts are great. I have stayed in both Iberostar Bavara & Iberostar Punta Cana and the people who worked there were great. There was some construction going on in the resort which caused some issues with the airconditioning in the rooms but that did not take away from all the attention we were getting at the resort. The cooks even went as far as preparing seperate meals/teas for anyone in my group if they were feeling sick. The food was average and so were the drinks but for the price we paid that was just fine. I would visit any one of the 3 Iberostars again with great pleasure.
