I arrived with a group of coworkers for a holiday weekend (around 20 adults, 10 kids). The quality of the room I was given was horrible- lumpy beds, lumpy pillows and overall a room that was in great need of renovation. The pool and beach areas were quite nice.
Food was average to below average, but the service was poor. I had to wait over 20 mintues to get a cup of coffee at breakfast. The service was not very good- I had to wait several hours for a beach towel. Not that I expected much from the event, but the "entertainment" for the night was laughable.
If I had traveled all the way from the US/Europe or wherever to this place, I would have been very upset.
