Many names, Suncamp, SunsetDream, Tropical House, Munoz Domain... and as many websites. Same shit. At the end of an Haitian village. Dirty, very, very plain, less than a camp. No light, no food, no drinks.
No walls, only steelbars on buildings - meaning lots of spiders, lots of lizards etc in the apartment.
No transportation, no beach - a dirty river.
Many Haitians living in the apartments, not secure at all, just a plain lock.
I could pass through my steelbar to my apartment, did not even need to use the gate!
Toilets cannot flush, garbage need to be burned.
NOT a holiday and not what I was promised in email by the owner.
I was also promised to get assistance in finding work - this did not happen after I paid 250 US for 1 apartment/studio for 1 month.
Then the owner and her Haitian boy-child aka lover was gone as far as assistance was asked for..
Big warning for this place.

I personally love this place. I stayed there three years ago , and have retuned to visit many times. The owner is very nice and very hospitable. THis place is not for everybody , but it is the best depending on what you are looking for. It is in a beautiful place by a river where yu can swim. It is peaceful and you can walk and hike everywhere. You can learn alot about local customs . The rooms are basic, but it's not expensive at all. I love it, but it's not for everybody and not even close to five star. .
