just returned today very dissapointed sorry everyone really angry about bad service plumbing problems ridiculous room allocations. very badly run. if your expecting smart, new clean refurbished resort forget it. If you can i would change to a different hotel. We were gutted when we arrived to bad service and scruffy rooms. We wanted to move but they wanted $3,000 per room to move to Gran Ventana.We have just spent xmas and new year there, 2 weeks, even my kids didnt like it 14 and 11 year old boys. The only good thing is the beach really nice. It says a superb choice of pools in brochure sorry- the pools were, the wave pool which i guess is quite good, but not that clean and really too cold and the crap activities pool freezing and useless for normal use. not allowed in adult only pool unless your vip so great choice eh. My kids and us were bored in evenings nowhere nice to sit and as for the cinema well its falling apart. Change if u can.
