breathtaking view onto santiago plain/extremely difficult access due to road repairs and extreme angle of grade elevation.we wanted it all, view and dining experience.service was polite and helpful but chef in the kitchen got it all wrong.meats were undercooked and had to be returned for additional cooking.afterwards even one meal was undercooked. the A team was definitely off duty.the worst was the steak that had a hint of being tainted, my friend's appetite was ruined and did not reorder.the bill was presented and not a hint or whisper of accomodation due to the bad experience except there was no charge on the one returned( tainted) meal.what a shame, what a disappointment.
