Yes, they do. Here's the text of Article 6, Par. 1 of the Law:

“En el caso de 1os pensionados, 1os solicitantes deberan presentar una certificacion del gobierno, organismo oficial o empresa privada de origen extranjero donde prestaban sus servicios, debidamente traducida a1 español por un interprete judicial, legalizada por el Consulado Dominicano del pais de origen del documento. Dicha certificacion debera contener 1os datos generales del solicitante, tiempo que permanecio en la empresa, cargo desempefiado y el monto percibido como pension.”
