How long can I legally stay in the country?
Solution

On a tourist card, you can legally stay in the Dominican Republic for a maximum of 15 days. If you overstay, you will have to pay a small fine upon leaving the country. The longer the overstay period, the larger the fine will be. For up to date information on overstay penalties, click on the following link
