I would like to get in touch with some recommended international schools in DR in connection to childrens' age 11 and 14, english and french language speaking.

If you are interested in relocating to the DR, you should order the Living in Santo Domingo book that has a chapter on schools for children in the DR. Your option for a French school would be the Lycee Francais in Santo Domingo. There are English language schools in La Romana, Santiago and Sosua, in addition to Santo Domingo.
