That bank en la cuidad de santiago with the logo sign "Citibank".Is it really a citibank because I have a citibank account here in NY and want to know if I can make transactions at the santiago site with my account when I go relocate to santaigo. Like is a regualar ligit Citibank?

Sure is a real Citibank...I had money transferred there from my credit union in the states while I was living in Santiago. Just be really nice to the people and they will be nice to you.
