I agree with HOWMAR on looking up legitimate answers. Dentristry in this country is as modern and up to date as in the United States. I have a friend who is an excellent dentist and continues his education to stay up with all the current procedures. He specializes in implants and restorative dentistry. If you need his number, PM me (he speaks English). He is in Santiago across from the Metro terminal. He would be able to tell you where to begin a license application, as well. Be prepared, it will take some time!
