Can anyone please let me know how to insert a picture within this thread?

It's a J-PEG file, which could also be converted to PDF.

When I hit the "Insert Image" icon I get a prompt which I don't understand.

The picture must be hosted on a hyperlink site, so upload your picture to something like tinypics TinyPic Video and Photo Sharing then after uploading copy the code and paste it on the http://
