Do you need an RNC number or anything else to do freelance work from your house, without creating a company? Or is the cédula enough in that case?

Many companies will only except invoices that have an RNC number.

It all depends on who your working for and what type of work your doing.

Yes, plenty of people work under the DGII radar here.
